The online system for registration will open on 15 May 2024 (see deadlines here)

Please:

• include participant’s name during procedure. Any bank transfer expenses should be covered by the participant
  
• send a copy of the bank receipt to georaman2024@mail.ntua.gr

A letter of confirmation will be sent by e-mail to each participant as soon as the registration form and payment are received by the conference secretariat.

Proforma Invoices will be issued upon request, please complete the form with invoice details. The official invoice will be issued after the completion of the Conference and will be electronically send to the e-mail indicated during registration.
